Terry La Rue features in various national and international private collections
Terry La Rue is a Seattle-based photographer and printmaker who has turned to the camera to confront and eternalize the struggles that come with a life of excruciating pain and the side effects that follow. He lives with a rare condition, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, that continues to challenge his physical and mental health. La Rue uses his camera as a distraction from his pain by focusing on the world unfolding around him. Constantly searching for a moment to capture his internal landscapes.
